說明：
一、本徵文活動分紙本投稿及線上投稿。
(一)具中華民國籍者，並持有中華民國身分證者，不限年齡。符合上述基本資格即可以參加。不限定題材，惟須以繁體中文書寫。以未曾發表（含演出、網路、實體出版）、未曾獲獎之作品為限，翻譯、改寫作品不予受理。
(二)短篇小說， 20,000 字以內為原則。
二、收件日期自即日起至 111 年 8 月 31 日截止，報名表單請至「葉石濤文學紀念館」徵件官網 https://ystlmm-culture.tainan.gov.tw/index.php 下載或點選。
三、函檢附徵文簡章一份，請連結葉石濤文學紀念館網站 https://ystlmm-culture.tainan.gov.tw/index.php 協助宣傳。
